Plus I just realised that I accidentally booked a whole morning of tutoring on my birthday and I don’t know whether it’s more depressing that I forgot my own birthday or that I’m seriously considering not trying to change the day because at least it will give me a morning’s respite from panicking about my coursework :|

So very glad it’s the GCSE Greek verse paper tomorrow - I taught three hours of revision classes on the same set text this afternoon, and while I can’t say that I now hate it (it is Iliad 6 after all <3 <3 <3) I could certainly stand for not seeing it for a while.

but when people draw the cresent moon and where the dark, shaddowed part of the moon is they put in stars

like studdenly that part of the moon is invisible instead of just being in the shadow

Today I:

threw up in truly spectacular fashion while on the bus for no discernible reason.
spent the next quarter of an hour wandering around central London trying to find somewhere to dispose of a giant wad of torn-up, vomit covered Metro. THIS CITY DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH BINS.
